Many football fans, myself included, like to play offensive/defensive coordinator when they’re watching a game. We try to analyze every aspect of the game: down and distance, area of the field, and what the opposing team is doing. Then, we predict what play our favorite team will run.
We’re usually wrong.
However, if you’ve spent over a decade in the NFL playing the quarterback position, you may be a tad better at guessing plays. In his CBS broadcasting debut, Tony Romo showed his incredible football acumen by guessing play after play correctly in the Titans-Raiders game.

As someone who enjoyed watching Tony play on the field, I truly think he’s going to be incredible in the booth. Him and Nantz should be a dynamic duo in that first CBS slot.
